How do I order?

Online shopping at The Amber Loft is highly intuitive. Click on item you want, select the size and colour and click “Add to Cart”. While we do keep the items in your cart for you for 60 minutes, please note your order will only be completed upon checkout i.e. payment.

I’m not comfortable with online shopping. Do you have a physical store?

We completely understand. Fittings can be arranged based on appointment. Our showroom is at 80 Changi Road, #02-14 Centropod. (Trust us, you don’t want to make the hike here only to find us busy running around the rest of the island).

What if an item is out of stock?

We can’t promise to bring the item back, but if you wish to be notified should the item become available again, please click on the "Notify me when back in stock" button

Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

You don’t have to, but creating an account is easy-peasy. If you create a customer account, you wouldn’t have to key in your details every time you order. Click here

What are the available modes of payment?

At this moment, we accept Paypal, bank transfers and Paynow.

How much do you charge for shipping/ Do you ship overseas?

We offer free shipping for orders over SGD100 within Singapore. For orders under SGD100, a local shipping fee of $5 applies.

For orders to Malaysia, we offer free shipping for orders over SGD150. For orders under SGD150, a shipping fee of $8 applies.

We also ship to the following countries: 

Australia, Brunei, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macao, New Zealand, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United States of America and Vietnam

Shipping to the above countries is calculated based on the weight of the shipment and is quoted upon check-out. Please note that overseas shipments might be subject to import duties imposed by your local customs authorities.  Please check with your local authorities on import duties.  We have no control over international duties.    

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Local delivery in Singapore will take 3-5 business days. Delivery to Peninsula Malaysia takes 6-8 working days. Delivery to East Malaysia might take up to 10 working days. 

Help there’s something wrong with my order!

Received the wrong item? Parcel damaged en-route? We’re so sorry! Please email us at customercare@theamberloft.com and we will sort it out asap.

Can I return my purchase?

We’re sorry you didn’t love your purchase. We will issue a refund once we receive your returned item(s). Please review our Return and Exchange policy to help us process your return without delay.

  • New & Unworn – items must be in original condition, with ALL hangtags attached.
  • Return Form – please include the full original invoice from your order, with the return information filled out on the back.
  • 10 working days – Items must be returned to us within 10 working days of the date of receipt. Returns received after this time frame will be shipped back via regular post without refund. We recommend that you send your returned items using a traceable mode (e.g. registered mail), as we will not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable methods. Please note that return shipping costs will not be reimbursed by The Amber Loft.

The above Return and Exchange Policy applies ONLY to regular-priced items. Items bought with promotional codes (unless stated otherwise), sales items and accessories are excluded.

The Amber Loft reserves the right to change this Return and Exchange Policy at any time.

A return may only be processed when your parcel reaches us. It is most advisable for a return to be sent via registered modes as we would not be responsible for any lost mail sent back through non-traceable mailing options.
