Return and Exchange Policy
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- New & Unworn – items must be in original condition, with ALL hangtags attached.
- Return Form – please include the full original invoice from your order, with the return information filled out on the back.
- 10 working days – Items must be returned to us within 10 working days of the date of receipt. Returns received after this timeframe will be shipped back without refund. We recommend that you send your returned items using a traceable mode (e.g. registered mail), as we will not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable methods. Please note that return shipping costs will not be reimbursed by The Amber Loft.
The above Return and Exchange Policy applies ONLY to regular-priced items. Items bought with promotional codes (unless stated otherwise), sales items and accessories are excluded.
The Amber Loft reserves the right to change this Return and Exchange Policy at any time.
Here’s how to make a return:
– Pack the item(s) and the completed Returns Form together
– Send your parcel using a traceable mode of delivery to:

A return may only be processed when your parcel reaches us. It is most advisable for a return to be sent via registered modes as we would not be responsible for any lost mail sent back through non-traceable mailing options.
