Return and Exchange Policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY - DOMESTIC

  • New & Unworn – items must be in original condition, with ALL hangtags attached.
  • Return Form – please include the full original invoice from your order, with the return information filled out on the back.
  • 10 working days – Items must be returned to us within 10 working days of the date of receipt. Returns received after this time-frame will be shipped back without refund. We recommend that you send your returned items using a traceable mode (e.g. registered mail), as we will not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable methods. Please note that return shipping costs will not be reimbursed by The Amber Loft.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • New & Unworn – items must be in original condition, with ALL hangtags attached.
  • Return Form – please include the full original invoice from your order, with the return information filled out on the back.
  • 30 working days – Items must be returned to us within 30 working days of the date of receipt. Returns received after this time-frame will not be refunded. Please bear in mind that you are responsible for the goods until they are received by our warehouse. It is important to obtain a Proof of Postage (receipt) which will contain your tracking details. We cannot be held responsible for missing returns where a receipt has not been obtained or is missing so please ensure it is kept safe until your return is finalised. We highly recommend that you send your returned items using a traceable mode (e.g. registered mail).
  • Please note that return shipping costs will not be reimbursed by The Amber Loft.
  • No exchanges will be made for international orders
  • If you think you have received a faulty product or the wrong item, please reach out to our customer service team at customercare@theamberloft.com before making your return.

The above Return and Exchange Policy applies ONLY to regular-priced items. Items bought with promotional codes (unless stated otherwise), sales items and accessories are excluded.

The Amber Loft reserves the right to change this Return and Exchange Policy at any time.

Here’s how to make a return:

– Send your parcel using a traceable mode of delivery to:

A return may only be processed when your parcel reaches us. It is most advisable for a return to be sent via registered modes as we would not be responsible for any lost mail sent back through non-traceable mailing options.
