Exchanges
We allow exchanges for items purchased from our online store within 10 working days of delivery. If you're not satisfied with the item you received, you may exchange it for a different style, size or color, subject to availability.

Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a suitable exchange item. Please bring the item, along with the original packaging and a copy of your order confirmation email, to facilitate the exchange process.
Returns
We do not accept returns for products purchased from our online store. We only offer exchanges for different styles, sizes or colors, as stated above.
Exceptions
